Harshit Jain holds a bachelor in business administration degree and has also passed the IRDA brokers examination. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance Management and is the Principal Officer of the direct broking arm. At 24 Mr. Jain is the youngest principle officer in the insurance industry.

Madhulika Jain spearheading the life insurance business with over 6 years of experience. Mrs. Jain has taken the life insurance business of the direct broking firm to enormous heights and holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Honours) degree.

J. K. Gupta is a former General Manager of Indian Overseas Bank. He started his career in banking in the year 1968. He spent the next 30-years in various positions in the bank, heading almost all regions in western and northern India. He also held the post of DGM, Inspection &Audit. He has been a member of the Committee on Systems and Procedures of the India Banks’ Association. His last assignment was as in-charge of credit portfolio for eastern and north eastern states. Mr. Gupta is a commerce graduate and holds a CAIIB-I.

M. P. Ganesh, Olympian & Arjuna Award Recipient. Dr. Ganesh has 20-years of experience in Sports Administration & Management at Sports Authority of India. His last Assignment was as ‘Executive Director (TEAMS)’. His primary responsibility was the co-ordination between Ministry of Sports and National Sports Federation and the Indian Olympic Association. He was also involved in directing, implementing and executing Sports Educational courses. Other assignments included ED (Physical Education), ED (Operations), ED (Infrastructure), ED (Coaching), and ED (Personal). Dr. Ganesh has a PhD in Physical Education (Hockey) and a Diploma in Sports Coaching. He has participated for India in the Munich Olympic and captained India in the second World Cup held at Amsterdam. He has been a Committee Member for ‘Awards’, ‘Appointments’, ‘Planning & Development’, ‘Federation & Associations’.
